If you are afraid
of the scales then you don't need a trainer, you need a shrink. If you don't know
your weight how can you validate improvement? You can't!
We are not here
to lie to you. If you are over weight hiding the fact won't change anything.
You will still be overweight. If you are fat you have to train all the time. ONE OR TWO DAYS A WEEK WON'T CUT IT PERIOD.
If you are happy
with what ever you look like then you don't need us, and you don't have
to get on the scales. For those of you who aren't content with your
shape or weight then you need us.
When you
are standing in front of a mirror do you feel good or bad?
The scales are just
another tool used in goal setting. Goal setting gives you motivation
when you achieve success. A little at a time over the long haul is better
than short term results.
You have to eat less as you get older. That means burn up more calories then you take in daily. If you think skipping meals is bad being fat is worse. Fat slows your metabolism more.
