These class times are 15 minutes early. We run and put on hand wraps before class. If your late you don't train. Each class is 1 hour 15 minutes long.

Your first workout is by appointment only. It cost 20 dollars for your first workout. No Spectators Allowed
Please don't cancel appointments.
We arrange an instructor for your first workout. We only accept 1 new person per class. If you cancel we do not schedule you again. We only train honest reliable people. We don't accept excuses. No Liars or Flakes Please.

Information

The "White Collar Boxing" format includes, boxing, kick boxing, and karate. The workout includes running, jumping rope, stretching, sit-ups, crunches, leg throws, butterflies, upper body boxing and lower body karate. The rounds are three minutes long with one minute rest. Karate belt ranking advancement is an essential part of the WCB program. You will be training with beginner and advanced clients at WCB.

The equipment includes many heavy bags, speed bags, and numerous jump ropes. The class is the exact training done in boxing and kick boxing on a professional level. The training and the clients that train here are intense. Fitness Only Classes are: Monday 7:30 pm, Tuesday 12:00 pm, Wed. 7:30 pm, Thurs. 12:00 pm, Sat. 12:15 pm. Advanced Classes are Tuesday 6:45 pm, Thursday 6:45 pm, and Friday 5:30 pm.
