The workout includes boxing, karate, and kickboxing. The class format provides a continual learning and training environment. Due to the diversity of the training a client is expected to progress in stages. The first two stages of our training are mandatory. You have to do the first two in or program only before you do the third stage.

The first level of training is pure conditioning.

This stage of training involves the fundamentals of kicking and punching in boxing and kickboxing. We use this stage to determine the commitment level of each client. This level is repetitious and demanding. This particular part of our program is the most well-known. Naturally, the impression that the public has about WCB is based on this segment of the program. The benefits are top conditioning and offensive skills. During this stage, your main goal is consistency in training and communication. You are  required to train at the least three times a week. The performance of the participants will determine whether or not they will be recommended to progress into the next stage of training.

The second level of training is martial arts.

This stage of training is based more on knowledge and self defense skills. The majority of our clients that participate in this part of the WCB training become very successful in offensive and defensive skills. A client learns kata, (a series of pre-detiremined moves using kicks and punches), which progresses them through the different levels of belt ranking and free sparring. The benefits of becoming a black belt are not only physiological, but also financial. Black belts are paid to teach with superior skill and credibility. This portion of our program is the introductory part of fighting in competition. In tournaments, a student develops confidence in his or hers new-found self-defense abilities. This the safest and most reliable form of fighting. There is no way to know if you can use these skills unless you are tested against your peers on the same level. Anyone who believes they are capable of progressing in their fighting skills without actually is mistaken. When a student reaches brown belt level they are ready to advance to the next stage of training.

The last stage of training involves full contact kickboxing and boxing.

This level of training isn't available to just anyone. To qualify and be recommended to this part of our program, a client must be a brown belt in karate with extensive tournament experience.

The vast majority of martial arts participants may never compete on this level. They could spend their entire career in the amateur point karate game where fighting is more controlled with less contact. A person for the full contact environment should be young enough to develop as a serious amateur fighter only then should one move on to the professional arena. If a person starts their fighting career later in life, they should pursue the other aspects of the WCB program. We prefer to only encourage the serious competitor with a legitimate chance, to become a champion. As a participants, age progresses, they will always be able to enjoy the other parts of the program.

Due to the aggressive nature of fight conditioning and training, injuries do happen.

Because of this, the clients are forewarned about these matters. It is ultimately the participant's responsibility to produce insurance at their own expense to cover any injury that may occur while training in the WCB program. The WCB participants must assume the risk of injury while sparring or fighting during class or competitions.  Liability insurance does not cover this type of training. This also includes accidents or injuries between the participants of the White Collar Boxing Training. The equipment used in the WCB program can also cause injuries. When a participant masters his or her technique, the risk of injuries is minimized. We believe there are many more types of programs that are safer then this type of training. If you are concerned about these matters, this training is not for you.

We use adult language in this class.

That would include profanities. If you have a problem with this then go else where with someone who doesn't. We cater to the strong willed and strong minded clients. The majority of or clients are adults. If you are too sensitive, or can not be told what to do then do not train in this class.
