Welcome to your WCB. All you have to do is pay 20 dollars for your first workout and fill out a injury release waiver. Your workout will consist of Boxing and Kickboxing training. The exercises you do will the same as a real fighter.

You will being using real fight equipment, and training with real fighters, competitors.

Your first workout is by appointment only. Please do not schedule a workout that you do not intend to keep. You must be on time if you want to train.

In the fight world, "You say what you mean and back up what you say." We prefer to train responsible, stand up people only.

We only allow one new person per class. We have an instructor assigned to the new people for their first workout. They are here to help you during your first workout.

There is no place to sit. When you come in you must train. We evaluate you, as you are evaluating the WCB program.

We only want to train you if you are "coach-able" and consistent with your training.

WCB teaches three different sport disciplines: Karate, Boxing, and Kickboxing. It takes about four and half years to learn the basics, and to develop the skills that are necessary to maintain your motivation and progress.

The class is taught by a former world rated professional kickboxer. There are no aerobic instructors or weight trainers with invalid certificates training you. We only allow black belts with real kickboxing experience to train you.

Your workout will be the same as a real fighter with the exception of getting in the ring and doing full contact. That is reserved for real contenders by invitation only.
