The workout includes boxing, karate, and kickboxing. The class format provides a continual learning and training environment. Due to the diversity of the training, a client is expected to progress in stages.

When you begin your training involves the fundamentals of kicking and punching in boxing and kickboxing. We use this stage to determine the commitment level of each client. This level is repetitious and demanding physically. This particular part of our program is the most known. Naturally, the impression that the public has about WCB is based on this segment of the program. The benefits are top conditioning and offensive skills. During this stage, your main goal is consistency in training and communication. You are  required to train at the least three times a week.

Commitment is important to your overall success in this training.   Your body has to adapt over a long period of time.  Balance, flexibility, range of motion, and control take time to acquire.

Your training  must be consistent to maintain what has achieved. Your consistency will also build durability and minimize the risk of injuries.

This training is full body conditioning. The class starts with jumping rope and/ or running. Next, we stretch, then move on to the stomach and back exercises. After that, we do our high fore leg lifts, and high side leg lifts.  This exercise helps beginners develop range of motion, balance, strength, and flexibility for kicking.  (continued) Next Page
