We are a kickboxing based The Program WCB Format.You have to do all three parts together every class. We are not a cross training program. You must train 3 days week, or 12 times a month period. Our Max Level Format expectation of your attendance and training is mandatory, not whatever.

We compete in at least sport karate (point karate)Those who train in any type of fighting and don't compete lose the most valuable part of fight training,

Karate free sparring is safe and competitive. Men, women, and children enjoy it in all ages and ability levels. Our training also requires going through belt ranking in Chung Do Kwon Tae Kwon Do. Both of these activities are mandatory in the WCB Max Level Program.

If you can't meet our expectation then you will have to try our other two programs.

The White Collar Boxing Formats include:

The Max which includes Belt Ranking, Karate Tournaments, and Mandatory Attendance Three days a week or 12 times a month.

The Second Level includes sparring in class, belt ranking, and mandatory attendance two days a week or 8 times a month.

The Third Level is our Fitness Only Program. This involves training only no sparring or belt exams or no mandatory attendance.

When you start our program we start everyone on the Max Program which last 3 Months. If you cannot handle this program we move you to one of the other two formats.

It is very important too create the discipline of training 3 days week up front. The mydailytrainingdietlog.com is mandatory for all of our programs.

This class is taught with same vigor and zeal as Bobby Knight does with his athletes. That includes the language and high expectation that goes with going to the next level. If you cannot be coached or pushed then you will not train in White Collar Boxing.
